These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the zk567 website located at https://zk567.cam ("Platform"), operated by zk567 ("Operator", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the Platform in any manner, you ("User", "you" or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Operator in respect of your use of zk567 and supersede all prior representations, agreements or understandings.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the Operator.

In these Terms, the following expressions have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

To register and maintain an Account on zk567, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• 3.1 Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or by the Operator's licence conditions, whichever is greater.
• 3.2 Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• 3.3 Jurisdiction: You must not be located in, or be a resident of, any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling is prohibited, restricted or requires additional local licensing that the Operator does not hold.
• 3.4 Single Account: You may only hold one Account on the Platform at any time. Opening multiple Accounts is a material breach of these Terms.
• 3.5 Own Funds: You must use only funds that belong to you and that have been obtained through lawful means. Use of funds derived from criminal activity is strictly prohibited.
• 3.6 Problem Gambling: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either on this Platform or through any applicable gambling authority, at the time of registration or any subsequent use.
• 3.7 Accuracy: All registration information provided must be accurate, complete and up to date. You must notify us promptly of any changes to your registered details.

4.1 To register an Account, you must complete the registration process by providing the information requested, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information required by the Operator from time to time.

4.2 The Operator reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the Account lifecycle — including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any point during ongoing use of the Platform. Such documents may include, but are not limited to: a valid government-issued photo identity document, proof of residential address (not more than three months old), and proof of payment method ownership.

4.3 Until KYC verification is completed to the Operator's satisfaction, we reserve the right to restrict Account functionality, including the ability to withdraw funds. Providing false, misleading or incomplete documentation constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds where applicable.

4.4 The Operator is committed to processing KYC submissions in a timely manner and will communicate clearly on the status of any verification request. Where additional documentation is required, you will be notified by email to your registered address.

5.1 The Platform is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not use the Platform for any commercial purpose or on behalf of any third party without the prior written consent of the Operator.

5.5 You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. If you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised use of your Account, you must contact the Operator immediately via the contact details set out in Clause 17.

6.1 Deposits may be made using the payment methods available on the Platform at the relevant time. Available methods, minimum and maximum deposit limits, and any applicable transaction fees are as set out on the Platform and are subject to change at any time.

6.2 All deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument held in your own name. You must not deposit funds on behalf of a third party, and you must not use payment methods linked to another individual's account.

6.3 For Pakistani users, familiar local payment references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are cited as examples of potentially familiar payment rails. The Operator does not confirm that any of these providers endorse gambling or that transactions via these methods are currently available. 6.4 The Operator reserves the right to decline any deposit transaction, to request additional verification of the source of funds, and to apply enhanced due diligence measures at any time and at its sole discretion.

7.1 Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification, any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds, and any other conditions set out in these Terms or in applicable bonus terms.

7.2 Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to applicable limits and the Operator's discretion. The Operator reserves the right to process withdrawals via alternative methods where it deems this appropriate.

7.3 Processing times for withdrawals vary depending on the payment method selected, the Operator's internal processing schedule, and any additional compliance review steps that may be required. 7.4 Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are as displayed on the Platform at the relevant time. The Operator reserves the right to process withdrawals in instalments where the requested amount exceeds applicable limits.

7.5 The Operator reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending the outcome of a review, investigation or verification process. Users will be notified where their withdrawal is subject to such a hold and informed of the reason to the extent reasonably practicable.

8.1 The Operator may, at its discretion, offer bonus promotions, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, referral bonuses and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be made available at the time of the offer.

8.2 Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise specified, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be made. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is set out in that promotion's specific terms. You should read and understand the wagering requirement before accepting any bonus.

8.3 The Operator reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect bonuses already accepted and in progress, save where required to prevent abuse.

8.4 Where the Operator has reasonable grounds to believe that a User is engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated play, use of multiple accounts, or exploiting technical errors — the Operator reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel related winnings and suspend the Account pending investigation.

8.5 Bonuses are personal to the individual User and may not be transferred to any other person or Account. Bonuses that remain unused after the stated expiry period will be automatically forfeited.

9.1 All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event or game type. These rules are available on the Platform and may be updated from time to time. It is the User's responsibility to read and understand the applicable rules before placing any bet.

9.2 A bet is not accepted until confirmed by the Platform and a transaction reference or confirmation notification has been issued. Until such confirmation is issued, no bet is binding on the Operator.

9.3 The Operator reserves the right to void, refuse or amend any bet placed in error, placed at manifestly incorrect odds, or placed in breach of these Terms or applicable betting rules. Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the User's Account.

9.4 Live in-play markets are subject to fast-moving odds changes. The Operator does not guarantee that a bet request at a displayed price will be accepted at that price. In-play bet acceptance is subject to the Platform's current market state at the time of processing.

9.5 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the Operator's records shall be the primary reference. Users may raise a dispute through the support channel set out in Clause 17 within a reasonable time of the disputed outcome being settled.

10.1 The Operator is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion. Users are strongly encouraged to make use of these tools.

10.2 Age Restriction: The Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years and over, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction. If you are under the applicable minimum age, you must not register or use the Platform in any capacity. The Operator reserves the right to require age verification documentation at any time.

10.3 Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform may do so by contacting the Operator's support team. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly. 10.5 Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment, not a source of income. Never gamble with funds you cannot afford to lose. Do not chase losses. Set and adhere to a predetermined budget. Local laws may restrict or prohibit gambling regardless of age.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities:

• 11.1 Providing false, misleading or fraudulent registration information or identity documents.
• 11.2 Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform simultaneously or sequentially.
• 11.3 Depositing, wagering or withdrawing funds derived from criminal activity or in a manner that constitutes money laundering.
• 11.4 Colluding with other Users, match-fixing, or any other form of fraud or cheating in connection with any game or bet.
• 11.5 Using automated software, bots, AI-assisted betting tools or other technical means to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other users.
• 11.6 Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or manifest pricing errors on the Platform.
• 11.7 Engaging in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting arrangements or any other conduct designed to circumvent the intent of promotional terms.
• 11.8 Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction in which such access is prohibited.
• 11.9 Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening or harassing toward the Operator's staff or other users.

12.1 All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, game content and data — is the property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other use is permitted without the prior written consent of the Operator.

12.3 You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the express written permission of the Operator.

13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

13.2 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform, the accuracy of any displayed odds or game outcomes, or the compatibility of the Platform with any particular device or network.

13.3 The Operator shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, Internet outages, third-party system failures, acts of God or force majeure events.

13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

14.1 You may close your Account at any time by contacting the Operator's support team. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (subject to applicable minimum withdrawal thresholds, pending verification requirements and any applicable deductions) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

14.2 The Operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, are engaged in fraudulent or illegal conduct, or where required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

14.3 Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, access to Account funds may be temporarily restricted. The Operator will endeavour to complete any such investigation in a timely manner and to communicate outcomes to the affected User.

14.4 Upon termination, all licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination — including Clauses 11 (Prohibited Conduct), 12 (Intellectual Property), 13 (Limitation of Liability) and 16 (Governing Law) — shall continue in full force and effect.

15.1 The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, the Operator will endeavour to provide reasonable prior notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address.

15.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

15.3 The current version of these Terms, with the effective date noted at the top of this page, is the version binding on all Users. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

16.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Operator's jurisdiction of incorporation, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16.2 In the event of a dispute, Users are encouraged to contact the Operator in the first instance via the support channels set out in Clause 17. The Operator will endeavour to resolve disputes in good faith and in a timely manner.

16.3 Pakistan Users: zk567 does not operate under the authority of, or with approval from, any Pakistani governmental body. Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable legislation may apply to users located in Pakistan. Users are solely responsible for their compliance with all applicable local law. This clause does not constitute legal advice.

16.4 Nothing in this clause limits any right that you may have as a consumer under applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction.
